  • No. I do not accept any insurance for my services. This allows me to deliver the highest possible level of care to my clients. I am not restricted by insurance rules or standards that often limit the quality of care offered in the health care field. Clients in Florida and Wisconsin do receive invoices that can be submitted to their insurance company for reimbursement. We are considered out of network providers, and most clients receive 50-80% reimbursement after their out of network deductible has been met.

  • Paragon has no relationship with Medicare, and as such, we are not able to provide medically necessary covered services to individuals with Medicare. We can provide advanced fitness and wellness training to further promote our clients’ goals, however if symptoms progress or become medically involved, we will refer Medicare-covered patients to participating Medicare providers.

  • In Florida, you do not need a prescription for the first 30 days of treatment, but will if therapy is to continue beyond this point. Wisconsin patients have “direct access” and do not need a prescription.

    Virtual services are not provided as physical therapy services, so exist outside of this paradigm.

  • No. I bring all needed equipment with me including a treatment table. While access to a gym is often helpful, it is not mandatory.

  • Currently I am seeing clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Some clients require weekend sessions, which I accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

    I schedule by appointment only, and offer a wide range of appointment times to make it as easy as possible for clients to schedule with me.

  • Outside of WI/FL we do not offer physical therapy services, and as such, our services will not be reimbursed by insurance. We do, however, offer musculoskeletal health consultations and optimized training plans to ensure that your current exercise program is perfectly tailored to whatever current injuries or pain you are currently experiencing or recovering from.

  • Our privacy policy is simple: we don’t share client information with third parties. Your personal information is kept secure on this site, and any medical records or client documentation is kept according to HIPAA compliance standards.
